Discovery Call
We start with a conversation to learn about your project, goals, timeline, and overall vision.
This helps determine the scope of work and whether we’re the right fit to move forward together.

Site Visit & Project Review
An on-site visit allows us to walk through the space, take preliminary measurements, review existing conditions, and better
understand your needs in person.
We discuss:
• your goals for the space
• functionality & layout
• style preferences
• priorities, timeline & investment range
Proposal & Agreement

Based on the project scope, you receive a custom proposal outlining services, design direction, deliverables, and next steps.
Once approved, we move forward together and begin the design process.
Design Development

This is where the vision takes shape.
Depending on the scope, this phase may include:
• Space planning & layout development
• Material and finish selections
• Furniture, lighting & fixture sourcing
• Mood boards & visual concepts
• Custom millwork details
• 3D renderings & design presentations
Implementation & Execution

Once the design is finalized, we move into execution.
This may include collaboration with contractors, trades, vendors, architects, and installers to bring the design to life with
clarity and consistency.

Final Styling & Reveal
The finishing layer that brings everything together.
Styling, furniture placement, accessories, and final details are thoughtfully completed to create a space that feels
cohesive, elevated, and ready to live in.
